Optical Specialist – Consultant
In Lithuania | full time
“The mission of the Optikos pasaulio staff is to provide our customers with the best possible vision and hearing in every situation of life. We invite you to join our team of experienced and qualified vision and hearing care professionals, where modern equipment is used to provide attentive care for the vision and hearing of everyone who comes in. We are looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic Optical Sales Assistant who will pay special attention to those who are looking for quality spectacles, contact lenses or other optical products.
We’ll believe you:
- Optical customer service: finding out your customers’ needs, presenting the range of products, and offering the solutions that best suit them;
- sales of glasses, contact lenses and other optical goods: working with cash register and internal programs, ordering glasses lenses.
To do well, you’ll need:
- communicative and proactive;
- the ability to make contact easily;
- a desire to develop and improve the skills needed for the job;
- knowledge of Russian and English (an advantage);
- experience in sales (an advantage);

Salary

Hearing Aid Sales Specialist

We invite you to join our team of experienced and qualified vision and hearing care professionals, where modern equipment is used to provide attentive care for the vision and hearing of everyone who comes in. This position is an opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives. You will have a unique role in helping people to improve their quality of life – to rediscover the world of sound, to enjoy languages, music and everyday moments.
We’ll believe you:
- working with clients with hearing difficulties;
- hearing tests using an audiometer;
- advising clients on hearing rehabilitation;
- individually select, fit and sell a hearing aid to suit each client’s needs.
To do well, you’ll need:
- Technical or medical education;
- experience in customer service or sales;
- Russian, English (an advantage);
- driving licence;
- the ability to listen actively and empathetically to customers, to express yourself clearly and to communicate effectively;
- a desire to acquire new knowledge, develop and continuously improve your technical, consulting and sales skills.

We’ll believe you:
- understanding and meeting customer needs
- comprehensive vision screening and fitting of vision correction for clients;
- selecting the most suitable spectacle lenses or contact lenses.
To do well, you’ll need:
- university degree – Optometry;
- communicative and proactive;
- a desire to develop and improve the skills needed for the job;
- knowledge of Russian and English (an advantage);
- experience in this field (an advantage);
