Prolonged computer use often causes eye strain, blurred vision, red eyes and other symptoms of computer vision syndrome (CRS). For this reason, it is recommended that you purchase glasses designed for computer use.
Are glasses without diopters bad for your eyes?
No, glasses without diopters do not harm your eyes. Wearing glasses without diopters is the same as looking through clear glass.
