The right glasses look very stylish, which is why we want to advise you on how to choose glasses to suit your face shape.
OVAL FACE
This is considered the ideal face shape, with perfectly symmetrical proportions, with the widest part of the face at the cheekbones and a slight narrowing at the chin. Many shapes of glasses are suitable for this face shape.
What to choose? Cat-eye, round, square, rectangular, aviator style glasses. Be careful when choosing huge OVERSIZE frames.
OVERALL FACE
This face shape is characterised by soft contours and no pronounced jawline.
What to choose? We suggest glasses with angular frames (square, rectangle, rhombus), which will give your face some of the rigour it lacks. Avoid round, OVERSIZE frames, which will contrast disproportionately with your facial features.
SQUARE FACE
This face is characterised by expressive features, an angular jaw and a square forehead, with the width of the jaw and forehead being approximately equal.
What to choose? Round, oval or other softer shaped glasses frames to give a lightness to a stern face. Don’t choose square frames, pay attention to the size, too small frames can make your face look even bigger.
HEART-SHAPED FACE
If your upper face is significantly wider than your lower face and your chin is narrow and tapering downwards, look for frames that follow the dynamics of your face.
What to choose? We offer frames that are wider at the top and wider at the bottom. Rounded or rimless frames and frames with butterfly wings are perfect.
Avoid massive, heavily decorated spectacle frames.
THE LONG WAY
This shape is long and narrow. Properly chosen glasses will shorten the face and soften slightly angular shapes.
What to choose? Oversized glasses are perfect for you. They will cover a large part of your face and create a balance of proportions. It is not advisable to choose rimless or too narrow glasses.
